Known Issues

The new Cognos Analytics environment, v11.0.10, has presented issues and inconsistent behaviors.  These have been reported to CeDAR by Campus Partners and their resolution statuses are tracked here.

    Error RSV-SRV-0126 received when creating a filter with many records.

    Prompt window throws error or does not appear when scheduling a report

    SSO Error Message

    When using the Mozilla Firefox or Chrome Web browser to initially log into the Cognos Information Warehouse, the user may encounter an SSO Error Message.  To resolve this issue, simply use the browser's Refresh button to refresh the page and continue to the Cognos IW homepage.
