The Information Warehouse’s (Cognos application’s) Production instance (https://dwprod.princeton.edu/cognos) did not load data from the PeopleSoft HCM (Human Capital Management) and PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (CS) applications earlier this morning.  

The PeopleSoft HMC and CS teams are aware of the issues.  CeDAR is working diligently with the OIT PeopleSoft teams to research the issue and resolve it, so that data loads successfully tomorrow morning in the Information Warehouse.  It’s expected that data will be back in sync with tomorrow morning's load into the Information Warehouse (Cognos).  

What this means for you:

Reports and dashboards run from the Information Warehouse today may contain data which are outdated, and/or whose most recent data is as of Tuesday, March 25 which is 2 days behind data currently found in the PeopleSoft HCM and PeopleSoft CS applications.  This includes any PeopleSoft HCM and PeopleSoft CS data used in any University Financials Prime reports and dashboards.
